工作原理：
常閉：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開；當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。
常開：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開。

注：出口端壓力大于進(jìn)口端壓力，介質(zhì)會反向?qū)ā？砂惭b止回閥或訂制自帶止回功能的閥。

How it works:

When the coil power, the pilot valve by the spring return, pilot hole open, pressure relief valve on the chamber, medium pressure piston push the lower chamber, the electromagnetic valve is opened.
